Find answers to common questions about our services, appointments,
insurance, and more.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
We accept both appointments and walk-ins! While appointments are
recommended to minimize wait times, we understand that healthcare
needs can't always be scheduled. Our urgent care services welcome
walk-ins during all operating hours. For routine checkups and
specialized services, scheduling an appointment ensures you're seen
at your preferred time.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid,
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and many
others. For patients without insurance, we offer affordable self-pay
options and payment plans. Please call our office or check with your
insurance provider to confirm coverage before your visit.

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Boca Raton Location:

Do you offer telemedicine or virtual visits?
Yes! We offer telemedicine appointments for non-emergency
consultations, follow-up visits, prescription refills, and certain
conditions that don't require in-person examination. Virtual visits
can be conducted via secure video call from the comfort of your
home. Contact our office to schedule a telemedicine appointment and
determine if it's appropriate for your needs.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring the following to your first visit:
Photo ID (driver's license or passport)
Insurance card (if applicable)
List of current medications and dosages
Medical history and records from previous doctors
List of known allergies
Can I get same-day appointments?
Absolutely! We understand that healthcare needs often arise
unexpectedly. We reserve appointment slots each day for same-day
scheduling. Call us in the morning to book a same-day appointment,
or visit our urgent care for immediate attention. Our goal is to see
you when you need care, not weeks from now.
Do you provide care for children and families?
Yes! We are a family practice that provides comprehensive care for
patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Our pediatric
services include well-child visits, vaccinations, school physicals,
and treatment for childhood illnesses. We believe in treating the
whole family under one roof for convenient, coordinated care.
How do I access my medical records?
You can request your medical records by contacting our office
directly. We use an electronic health record system that allows for
secure access to your health information. For record transfers to
other healthcare providers, we'll need a signed authorization form.
Most requests are processed within 7-10 business days.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans change. Please call us at least 24 hours in
advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to
offer that time slot to another patient who needs care. Repeated
no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future
appointments.
Do you offer lab testing on-site?
Yes! Both of our locations feature on-site laboratory services for
your convenience. We can perform blood work, urinalysis, rapid strep
tests, flu tests, COVID-19 testing, and many other diagnostic tests
right in our facility. Results are typically available within 24-48
hours, and urgent tests can often be completed the same day.
